Dyna Lync's consulting services is based on the following Project Road Map in order to thoroughly explore the problem, completely document the client's requirements, determine expectations, and provide a complete Proposal:

• Conduct a review of existing processes and documentation and reduce large amounts of information into a manageable number of issues, present data comprehensively, and obtain appropriate client approval.

• Train, coach, analyze, trouble-shoot, design measurement systems to track progress, and promoting and managing change.

• Provide complete project documentation including objectives, action steps, responsibilities, time schedules, fee schedules, expected results, and concluding statements.
